Who We Are
Strong partners with existing owners and management to build businesses for the long term:

• No pre-defined fund life to force artificial timing for a liquidity event
• Relatively small investment portfolio which allows us to focus on making each investment a success
• Principals of the firm have committed a significant portion of Brookstone’s equity capital, so we are owners, not simply money managers

With our experience and network of operating partners we have worked closely with our portfolio companies to:

• Build a manufacturing facility in Kentucky with pioneering robotic production technology
• Formulate venture/outsourcing relationships with companies in Taiwan and Beijing
• Build a manufacturing facility in Wujiang, China (outside of Shanghai)
• Make several add-on acquisitions
