Jeff Cooley

Jeff Cooley is an active member on the boards of Stonehouse Building Products, LLC and Gemeinhardt Company, LLC. Mr. Cooley is a consultant whose background and skills are particularly applicable in situations that require knowledge of global sourcing and how to effectively market to consumers in different regions around the world. Mr. Cooley's broad background also includes strong general management and problem solving skills.

Most recently, Mr. Cooley served as an Executive Vice President with Newell Rubbermaid from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Cooley served as President of Calphalon Cookware from 1990 until it was acquired by Newell Rubbermaid in 1998. Mr. Cooley began his career in 1980 with La-Z-Boy in sales. Mr. Cooley received a BA from Central Michigan University in 1975.

Karen Basian

Karen Basian is a Principal of Firefly Advisory Services a Strategy Consulting and Financial Advisory firm. Ms. Basian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations and finance. Her background covers a broad set of industries including consumer products, manufacturing and business services. Ms. Basian is on the boards of Stonehouse Building Products, LLC and Glowpoint, Inc. (GLOW).

Ms. Basian began her career as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (specializing in International Tax) and later joined Bain & Company as a strategy consultant, where she remained for six years. She then joined Hostess Frito-Lay / PepsiCo in strategy and finance where she spent five years. Ms. Basian went on to lead 724 Solutions as CFO where she was responsible for the firm's capital raising efforts including its IPO, until leaving in 2004 to form Firefly Advisory Services. She received an Honors B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and an M.B.A. from IMEDE in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Austin English

Austin English is a consultant specializing in operational and strategic issues. Mr. English is on the board of Stonehouse Building Products, LLC.

Mr. English's background includes over fifteen years of general management and manufacturing experience at United Technologies where he developed particular expertise in lean manufacturing, growth/change management, and continuous improvement processes. In addition, as a senior vice president, operations for Crutchfield Corporation, a $200 million catalog and internet retail business, Mr. English served as a "change agent" responsible for integrating continuous improvement into an entrepreneurial culture. He received a B.S. in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, an M.B.A. from Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and a MA in Foreign Affairs both from the University of Virginia.

Gordan J. Kirsch

Gordan J. Kirsch is a consultant working with consumer goods companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, manufacturing, logistics, and international sourcing. Mr. Kirsch has over 25 years of business experience with over 12 at a senior management level primarily with Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Kirsch has broad experience in a variety of industries including chemicals, steel, aluminum, paper converting, plastics, non woven textiles, and window furnishings.

Prior to consulting, Mr. Kirsch was Vice President of Operations for Newell Rubbermaid Corporation for 9 years and Vice President of Operations for DAP, Inc for 11 years. While at these positions, Mr. Kirsch started operations in Mexico and developed extensive sourcing relationships in China, Indonesia, and South America. Additionally, he participated in extensive pre-purchase due diligence reviews on over 15 companies and successfully completed 7 acquisitions with both domestic and international operations. Mr. Kirsch developed and implemented the operating strategies for most of the acquisitions which resulted in significant improvements in both cash flow and income. Mr. Kirsch holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Baltimore in Operations Management and a MS Degree in Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
