Brookstone Partners is a private equity firm that seeks to acquire companies or invest in growth equity situations in the middle market. We are transformational investors who seek to invest in and partner with talented management teams to create long-term value for all stakeholders. Our principals have created significant value in a wide variety of both private and public enterprises and have returned in excess of $1.25 billion to our partners and investors since 1996.
Who We Are
Strong partners with existing owners and management to build businesses for the long term:
- No pre-defined fund life to force artificial timing for a liquidity event
- Relatively small investment portfolio which allows us to focus on making each investment a success
- Principals of the firm have committed a significant portion of Brookstone’s equity capital, so we are owners, not simply money managers
With our experience and network of operating partners we have worked closely with our portfolio companies to:
- Build a manufacturing facility in Kentucky with pioneering robotic production technology
- Formulate venture/outsourcing relationships with companies in Taiwan and Beijing
- Build a manufacturing facility in Wujiang, China
- Make several add-on acquisitions
We keep our word and close transactions.
